Windows 10: WebDAV and file upload limit with OneDrive and WinSCP

I am running Windows 8.1 Pro and I'm accessing my M365 OneDrive accounts using WinSCP. I can connect to the OneDrive folders using the WebDAV interface. I am able to successfully connect to my OneDrive folders using the third-party app WinSCP and I'm able to download very large files from the OneDrive account 20 Gb, for example using WinSCP. I can't get it to let me upload a file any larger than approximately 100 Mb using WinSCP and the WebDAV connection. I've played around a bit and found that WinSCP fails when loading files larger than 100 Mb at approximately 97% of the file upload eg,

how to limit Ondrive to upload only 2 files at one time ??

I don't know of a way to do that, but you can limit bandwidth use for only OneDrive.

Large upload to Onedrive

The first step is to purchase or otherwise have that much free space in OneDrive.

The second step is to make sure that no individual file is larger than 10 GB since that is OneDrive's limit for a single file. (OneDrive for Business has a larger cap.)

The third step is to simply drag and drop your files onto the OneDrive interface. That much data will take several days to upload.
