Windows 10: webdiscover

So I downloaded something on my computer and then WebDiscover came up I closed it with task manager then uninstalled it but when I opened up google the place where WebDiscover was is not being filled in google does anyone know how to fix it?

I am trying few days now to uninstal webdiscover and it dosent work.

Now i instaled spyhunter to remove tu webdiscover and what happen now i cant uninstall both
