    Webex Teams keeps crashing when trying to upload a file


    Webex Teams crashes for me whenever I attempt to upload an attachment from my device. IT has checked the logs and data dumps and they've confirmed that it's not a Webex issue, but rather a Windows issue hence why I've been directed here. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times with no luck. I'm not sure if this requires a reinstallation on Windows at this point.

    Thank you for your suggestion. When I checked out Webex Player the description suggests that it's purpose is for facilitating the viewing/listening of things that have been recorded through webex or stored on webex. I was referring to using the "share
    computer screen" feature while in a meeting and opening a mp4 video file to share with someone. This worked just fine when I had Windows 8 and I realized that it is only since updating to Windows 10 that there has been a problem, with delayed, chopped off
    sound and halted (buffered0 video. I am considering uninstalling Windows 10 but wanted to check with others first.
