Windows 10: Webpage Error

Just starting yesterday links from newegg.com emails once clicked open a webpage and leaves error to update my browser. Once I open F12 tools I see the page is loaded using docmode IE7 default but ie 11 is available and I can't make the change staypermanent; as in setting 11 as default. Now if I go directly to the newegg webpage by url then it loads properly and shows docmode as ie11 default. Now as I said these linked pages from my subscription to their site just start showing this error yesterday but when I went back several days of old email links they now all open with error and show ie7 default in docmode. Any ideas to why it just changed or how to set ie11 back to default for all newegg's webpages. By the way this is the only site this started happening to give update browser error, thanks.

since recent upgrade computer lagging

Webpages freezing, webpage script errors, unable to close webpages, unable to use task manager to close webpages.

I need help or I need to go back to the original 10 platform
