  1. Webpages are not allowing log ins nor checking out

This situation is extremely odd, I have a brand new laptop with Windows 11, so its a fresh install, even did a full reinstall to make sure everything was fine. But again new laptop not even 8 hours old, been trying to solve and at a lost. Go to majority of websites to log in and all the website does is starts to sign in then goes back to sign in screen. Also can not proceed in check out on any sites. Trying to install and buy software needed for my laptop and just can't seem to get anywhere. I have tried Edge, Chrome, Brave, Duck Duck Go, and same issue on all. I go to my cell or other compute
