Windows 10: WEBSITE APP WILL PREVIEW BUT NOT PUBLISH TO LOCAL FOLDER

When I TRY TO PUBLISH TO A LOCAL FOLDER

MY SCREEN EXPORT BOX LOADS 2 FILES THEN MY SCREEN GOES WHITE AND I HAVE TO CLOSE the app IN TASK MANAGER

when I PREVIEW

IT PROCESSES THE ENTIRE SITE AND PREVIEWS SUCCESSFULLY IN MY BROWSER SO WHAT IS STOPPING THE PROCESS IN PUBLISHING

Mobirise have had a copy of my project and it worked correctly when they tested it on their system so what is stopping it on mine

I use Windows 10 home and have done various checks.

The software is allowed through my firewall and since doing that it previews great but will not publish to my local folder

Furthermore back in September I allowed an update in Windows before that update I had no problems after the update I could neither preview or publish

I solved the preview by allowing the updated app through but it has not solved the local publishing

This is now week 7 despite numerous emails to mobirise and I believe it is something Windows orientated as my software worked perfect before that update

I cannot recover the system to before that update as it is no longer available my browser is Microsoft Edge

Antivirus software Windows Defender and 360 Total Security

When previewing the export box loads the first 2 files then the index file and all the files subsequently load and preview is established

When trying to publish to local folder the first two files load then it freezes screen goes white and the app locks so preview gets past the same first 2 files but publish doesn't

I have run check disk have run sfcscan now I have rebuilt the site twice my version is the latest version from Mobirise Can someone please solve this for me

Sync folder between Air and PC locally

I'm looking for a software which will keep folders on my Mac Air and PC synced via the local wireless network.

I usually take my Mac with me everywhere and as such have tons of large downloaded files that I have to manually copy over to the PC. I'm looking for something that'll transfer the files over the local wireless network in my home.

Any suggestions?

 

Split Steam app folder between 2 HDD?

As the title suggests I want to find out if there's a way I can split my steam app folder on to 2 drives, specifically an SSD that I will be putting my OS and most used games and apps and a regular HDD for everything else?

 

How do I unblock a publisher in windows 10?

I have gone through the steps as suggested above BUT interestingly don't see an publisher listed under the "Untrusted Publishers" but still get the same error box as shared above.
