Windows 10: Website being blocked and its App Discord

I have tried many solutions such as clearing DNS cache, Winsock reset, disabling both antivirus and firewall, tried using a VPN, switching DNS server to Google's DNS server, disabled proxy, and the problem still keeps coming. I can't access https://discord.com/ and it's app doesn't load up I believe something is blocking it but I don't know. My other devices and others in my household can access discord fine so I know it's not the Internet. But for some odd reason I can access it fine using an android emulator only problem is it's not the same and is kind of annoying. So something is blocking discord on my PC but I have no idea as I have been trying to a month.

I have googled a bit and found software that can be used to block websites on a computer. I also found another way by using Windows which I would prefer. My problem is I must be doing something wrong. Here is the site that has the steps.

Here is what happens when I perform step 6. I am the administrator by the way.





Any ideas on how to make this work?

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps:

• Log in to https://familysafety.microsoft.com/ using your Microsoft Email account.
• Find the user that is correspond to the computer account on the Windows that you are having issue with.
• Click on "App Restrictions".
• Under App Restrictions, click on "App list".
• Here, you can Allow or Block the Apps/Games that you want.
