Windows 10: Website denied

I want to access a website from a facebook game that gives you rewards, but it keeps coming up with a unsupported protocol error.

Now I have done everything that google have advised and one other website is telling me its my Windows 10 security centre that has not got the exclusion for this protocol, so I need to know how do I change it?

Everything else has been tried, like removing all cached files, brower cookies, slr certificates in internet settings etc.


Also here is there any way that I can post a screenshot of this error I'm getting ?

Router Denying Websites

My Router is denying certain websites, from a certain Server, but I don't remember equipping it to do so. It's a seemingly random occurance (which will not stop). Server's websites are perfectly accessible once the router is removed and straight cable connection is used instead. Frustrating.

I've tried resetting the router, but it doesn't want to for some reason (held and pressed button for 15 secs).

Any suggestions? *Wtf :wtf:
