Windows 10: Website page bounces around when deleting on the virtual keyboard

So Im a %90 virtual keyboard user, half of my touch screen is just smuggled at the end of the day but this is so annoying: Every time I try to delete triggers a up down bug. I'm using edge by the way but it happens on other browsers as well. Is there a fix for this?

Deleting OneNote pages

To delete a page from OneNote you can follow the below steps.

• In the "all pages" view find the page you want to delete
• press and hold on the page
• And press the "delete" option shown

OR

• Open the section having the page to be deleted.
• press and hold on the page which needs to be deleted
• And press the "delete" option shown

Is there a windows 10 home setting to adjust keyboard de-bounce?

 

Windows CE 5.0 virtual keyboard doesn't appear

I have a GPS device on which is installed windows ce 5.0. I had played with the settings and I had set the logon password, but now, I have to type the password and the virtual keyboard wont show up. Any suggestions?
