Windows 10: *website* took too long to respond

So lately whenever i try clicking on a website in microsoft edge it automatically says “hmmm...cant reach this page” and *website* took too long to respond.

ive literally done everything possible within my capabilities too fix the problem from:

updating windows

temporarily turning off the firewall and antivirus

ive tried troubleshooting multiple times and the same response keeps popping up “no problems detected.”

I dont think its my wifi since all my other devices are operating smoothly.
if anyone has any advice or tips that could help please send a response i would really appreciate the assistance.

After installing the latest windows updates, some websites will not load. I've read several posts and tried things they've said and nothing has worked. Here is what the message looks like:

This site can’t be reached

omegazodiac.com took too long to respond.

• Search Google for omega zodiac

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

P.S. - I use chrome, but I get the same problems in IE as well.

I am facing this issue from past 2 days when every I try to open youtube it show me this msg. I have already try to open in all Brower but same error

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_TIMED_OUT

I have try everything which was available on internet, every website is accessible except youtube.com

please help me one of my website is not opeaning since yesterday

all other website are clearly being opened relating to it like psc.gov.np but inside it the website like psc.gov.onlineapplication.com is not responding please help me with its regard
