Windows 10: website updates in background on computer

A website updates daily in the background on my computer and I never researched this website or downloaded any information from this website. I cannot locate it in any file on my computer and I don't know how to delete it. I receive notifications daily that this is taking place. I am running Windows 10. Thanks for any assistance.

Website background needed

I need a background for my website.
I will accept whatever background that works fine.
I want it unique, not taken from the internet, or at least modified.
The background must be from game characters.

Just bear in mind that, apps normally run in the background to update their live tiles, download new data, and receive notifications. If you want an app to continue performing these functions, you should allow it to continue running in
the background.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Step 3: Update the Display Adapter drivers.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
