Windows 10: WebSockets Problems

I recently downloaded a much-needed app to my Windows 10 computer, but unfortunately, I can't get it to work properly. A troubleshooting test revealed that there's a problem with my websockets, whatever they are. They fail to open, send, or receive. Contacting the program's support team didn't do any good. They told me it's a problem with my ISP. All my other programs work fine, and I am able to connect to the internet. Can someone explain in simple language how to fix this? I do not have a proxy or a network administrator. Thank you.

Unable to download Windows 10 ISO image onto a USB drive.

Are the servers down or what?

Everytime I click on that link nothing happens and can't download any ISO.

Only clue I get is if I check the browser console I see following error on Microsoft download page:

WebSocket connection failed: WebSocket opening handshake was canceled

nevermind downloaded the mediacreationtool.exe using my mac computer just fine.

Seems both my windows 10 machines are hosed and can't even fix themselves!

Anyways, after that Windows 10 setup still failed since it doesn't like my disk partitions so need to fix that now!
