Windows 10: weird amount of ram usage

So im just confused, im running no programsbesides task manager and xbox gamebar and my ram says it's at 38-40% and memory at 20% at minimum. im not a very tech savy person and just wondering if there is a possible virus or is this just normal.

Unknown Constant RAM Usage

To explore more on RAM usage by processes and see in-depth I advise you to open the Resource monitor, please follow the below steps.

Step 1 :

Open Task Manager

Step 2:

Click on Performance

Step 3:

At the bottom click on Open Resource Monitor

Step 4:

Under Resource Monitor windows click on Memory

Step 5:

Click on Working Set to list the top process utilizing the more RAM and then evaluate RAM usage.

Shubhradeep Bhowmick. You may only check the amount of used and available memory on your phone by going to Settings > storage sense. Currently, monitoring the RAM usage is not supported by Lumia phone. Best to suggest that feature on this page:

Another suggestion is to add more RAM to the PC, 8GB of RAM nowadays is not enough;
