Windows 10: Weird and complicated Blue Screen issue. Windows takes forever to load.

So I have a complicated situation. Short of it, I start up my PC and it boots but almost immediately, always, to blue screens on me WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR then it constantly boots to BIOS. It eventually, after rebooting a lot, it starts to work fine, though it might blue screen a few more times before it starts going smoothly. It's also getting worse. Long of it. This was my sister's gaming PC which she had build and it's always had issues with the graphics card. Sometimes the screen would go black and comeback up again with an error for the Rysen software. Recently, for whatever reason,

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

windows takes forever to load!

I dont know why but about a week ago it started taking windows forever to load.

it will get past the scrolling lines and the just be a black screen for about 2 min, and then the windows thing will come up and it will be normal. idk, ran virus scan, drivers are fine, reg is fine. could it be a ram voltage issue?
