Windows 10: WEIRD AND RARE PROBLEM! Why is Windows swapping audio channels in every game?

Long story short:Every installation of Windows i do is swapping stereo channels L/R to R/L ONLY when running 3D applications.This is DEFINATELY a software/windows issue because windows sound test in sound panel or youtube stereo channel test is correct channels arent swapped.Once i run 3D app type of app doesnt matter, happens on every app OS is instantly swapping audio channels.Main facts below to prevent non-focused answers:1. How to swap left and right audio channels

My headset swaps the left and right audio channels. I used Equalizer APO previously but I had to reinstall Realtek due to some issues. When I tried doing the same fix again after reinstalling, it no longer works. Are there any other ways to swap the channels?
Why doesn't windows have a built in setting for this? or is there any way to do it through Realtek? Using mono isn't an option for me since I work with sound a lot and need stereo.

Once i run 3D app (type of app doesnt matter, happens on every app) is instantly swapping audio channels.

Done all of these! This happens on every windows install, even fresh one.

 

How to swap left and right audio channels

My laptop is Acer Nitro AN515-52-77S4. I have tried reinstalling my audio driver. That is where the problem began. I think that it is a hardware issue with my headset. I fixed this problem by using Equalizer APO to swap the L R channels. After reinstalling
my audio drivers, it no longer works.
