Windows 10: Weird applications found in the startup list..

So, I decided to clean my laptop since it's been getting worse and worse and I've found two programs that seem questionable, one more than the other. One is named Program and doesn't show the ''Size/impact'' it has, the second one is really weird, it's chinese like numbers or multiple letters from different languages and also has no ''size/impact'' show, I'm wondering if I should delete it asap or if I need to test if disabling it changes anything when I restart my laptop.. here is a picture of the programs.






PLEASE REPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE SOME KNOWLEDGE IN MALWARES I want to know if it's a spyware or something else, I'm a tad paranoid in general but this is pretty weird, I'm less worried about the program one but I still want to know if those two are safe or not, thanks for any replies!

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Startup applications sometimes won't start

Hello, I'm having a weird issue with startup applications.

There are some apps (PreMiD, Discord and PicPick) that constantly disappear from my startup apps list.

I don't know why but every now and then this happens. Help? Is this something related to corrupted registry files?
