Windows 10: Weird bar under Phone Link tile

”What does it mean? What is its purpose? How the livid heck do I fix it???“Those are the questions that literally nobody asked.But still, how do I fix this? Or is it an update progress bar stuck in an eternal loop of updating?It's been there for LITERALLY AGESWhen I check the Microsoft Store, it doesn't seem to be doing jack word.The app opens normally... BUT THE BAR IS STILL THERE ON THE TILE

If programs list could be sorted by most used, it would be the perfect phone. And Telegram needs live tile or... die.

 

How to group tiles

I can move items from the Start list to produce tiles and I can enter names in the name bars but I am finding it impossible to group tiles. One of the tutorials seems to suggest that all you need to do is move one tile on top of another to group them, but all that happens for me is that I end up with one tile chasing a second tile around the screen! So, what exactly am I doing wrong?

 

How to group tiles

Tiles below that name bar is actually a group. If you click on name bar, you can drag it to different location (all tiles at once). True tiles grouping is coming with next update (Insider preview at the moment).
