Windows 10: Weird border with the exit, minimize, and restore down buttons windows 10.

On some of my apps, there is a weird gray border around my applications, however the border disappears. However, the minimize, close buttons look weird. They are really thick, instead of the ususal thin black. The first images appears on only Winows system apps?taken from file explorer. Settings has the weird gray border around it.

• Which Windows 10 build are you using? Click

• Are Minimize, Maximize, and Exit buttons on the upper left corner of the window clickable?
• Does the border appear even when the window is in full screen?
• Have you already checked if the display setting is set to the recommended resolution for your computer?
• Have you tried updating the graphics driver?

Weird Windows 10 Border

I can't find somewhere else to ask this question/how to resolve this.

So, I had Windows 10, but due to some monitor issues, I decided to downgrade to Windows 7. Some days ago, I decided to download Windows 10 again (Using the Media Tool/Windows 10 Upgrader Assister). After the installation was done, I realized something was
different.





As you can see, there's some weird border around the tab, and the Windows "Minimize" "Maximize" and "Close" button are Black, and it's supposed to be transparent.





As you can see in the ScreenShot that I took from a video, the "Minimize" "Maximize" and "Close" buttons aren't supposed to be Black, they're supposed to be White/Transparent. And it's supposed to have no weird borders around the program.

Please help me, I don't know how to fix it!

 

Windows 10 - Disable restore down command that occurs before minimizing

I currently use a gaming mouse with macro buttons, and I set one of the macro buttons to minimize windows with the (Win + Down Arrow) key command.

However, I learned that this command first restores down a window if it is maximized, and then I have to enter the command again (or in this case, click my macro button twice) before the window is minimized. This is very annoying to me and I have not found
a solution online on how to disable it.

I actually prefer my windows maximized, and I want to be able to minimize a window without the restore down part happening first. Is there a way to set Windows up this way?
