  1. Weird but very annoying Windows 10 Sleep behavior

Hope someone more well versed here can help me but for some reason when I put my PC to sleep it is not instant. It takes 5s-10s for my conputer to go to sleep but the weird thing is it locks my computer (so it goes to the Windows Sign-in screen, before going to sleep seconds later)

So.... obviously it isn't a dealbreaker but it is very annoying and awkward for the computer to just kinda sign you out when you click sleep and you're left staring at it for a few secs before it finally does go to sleep. Any way to fix this? Since I put it to sleep a lot and it is very annoying

  2. Weird behavior in sleep mode in windows 10

    Hi

I am using Windows 10 I face weird behavior when using the sleep mode here are the steps:

    1. Connect PC to wireless network from mobile phone (iPhone).

    2. Go to sleep mode from windows.

    3. Turn off the hot spot from mobile.

Result: the PC started right away (wake up from sleep mode).

Expected result: PC should remain in sleep mode.

    Annoying sleep behavior

    Hello,

I have a Dell Optiplex 980 desktop and everything runs smooth with Windows 10. I do have a problem with sleep. The PC goes to sleep after 60 minutes as it's set to. Upon waking it up if I do not keep using keyboard or mouse it goes right back to sleep within a minute. It's annoying when you're reading an email and the PC keeps going in to sleep mode. I think the BIOS is set to S1.

    What's the culprit?

    Thanks
