    Weird Cmd screen appearing on every Pc startup.


    This is a problem I've been facing actually everytime I turn on my pc, this cmd screen appears and there is an unknown task executed after this screen closes. Please help me.The task after cmd closing is :

    Hi Jon,

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts

    We would like to know some information:

    • Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
    • Have you tried booting in Safe mode?

    Weird Cmd screen appearing on every Pc startup.

    Windows and CMD- renaming a file in CMD

    Steps I've done

    Here what happens


    • turn on PC

    • start windows

    • get blue screen ( message NTFS file)

    • it reboots returns to diagnosing PC

    • Diagnose and repair fails

    • I move to advance options

    • will not reset windows , I click on CMD

    things I've tried
    commands:

    reagentc /disable

    reagentc /enable

    *************************FAILED
    not recognized
    **********************************

    Please advise
