Windows 10: Weird Color layout for apps

I noticed when opening either File Explorer or the Microsoft Store the layout for the app gets skewed and distorted. The Microsoft Store gets a weird blue overlay to it and the File Explore's boarders go all transparent. File Explorer always seems to hold the background image of the last thing it was on top of So if I opened it and it was above my open browser the boarder would hold the image of the last thing it was on top of I've scanned my computer doing /scannow under the admin window and nothing came up. Tried closing programs and still nothing has worked. I checked for updates and noth

Screen weird different color strap issue

Since the weird color strap also occurs in other apps, it seems that your graphics card driver is causing the issue. For us to better assist you with this, we'd like to know the following:

• Have you install any Windows updates prior to this issue (e.g. Windows 10 Fall Creators Update)?
• What is the make and model of your graphics card?

In the meantime, we suggest updating the graphics card driver, and see if the issue will still occur.

 

Weird mouse cursor layout

I have windows 10 on my laptop. i changed the mouse layout in the settings but dident like it so i changed back but now the mouse have a weird layout and instead of the usual loadning Wheel it is now some weird time-glass. WHAT!

• In the left navigation pane, click on Colors.
• In the right pane, select the Accent color and close the Window and check for status.
