Windows 10: Weird computer recognition problem

I have two Windows 10 computers on a home network. Computer A (v 1909) is connected to the router via Cat 5; computer B is connected via wireless. Computer B has problems seeing Computer A (v 2004) on the network. After reading countless remedies on various forums I finally found a fix that works for a few days:

On the computer you cant see: Go to services (Windows+R; type services.msc)\Function Discovery Provider Host. Right click-properties. Click Stop if running. Set startup type to Automatic (delayed start). Apply, OK & reboot.

Then go to services (Windows+R; type services.msc)\Computer Browser\right click-properties & set startup type to Automatic.

This works for a while then after a few days computer B cannot see computer A using File Explorer. But computer B can still print to the printer connected to computer A. And computer B can access Word and Excel files on computer A by clicking on the files in the "recent documents" list.

Why can't computer B see computer A using File Explorer?

Facial recognition

• Have you recently made any changes/updates prior to this issue?
• Is there an error message when you try to sign using facial recognition?
• What is the make and model of your computer?

I would suggest you to follow the steps to see Advance speech options.

• Press Windows+X key on the keyboard
• Click on control panel
• Select speech recognition
• On the left hand pane you will see Advance speech option
