Windows 10: Weird CPU spike the "system" spikes up and my performance dips in any game I play

Hello, I have some weird CPU bug where my CPU will spike randomly and cause my fps and audio to cut out for a couple of seconds. Usually when this happens, I'll see in the task manager that the "system" spikes up when this happens. It could be in any game I play Roblox, Helldivers 2, Call of Duty, Apex Legends, Minecraft, and cyberpunk Cyberpunk could just be my pc but there is no way I could lag on Roblox so it makes no sense why I'm getting fps drops. It'll usually make my CPU spike above 90% when this happens.SPECS:Windows 11Nivida 4060 TIAMD Ryzen 7 7700 16 GB Ram

Audiodg.exe Spikes Cpu Usage

Every 5 minutes or so audiodg.exe spikes my cpu usage to about 50% and any audio im playing cuts out and then comes back a second or 2 later. The video is completely fine and it's not a problem with
my USB Headset. audiodg.exe stays at low cpu usage when it's not spiking.

Solutions I've tried:

1. turning off audio enhancements
2. reinstalling lan, and audio drivers
3. turning off HPET
4. lowering the sound quality in control panel
5. DPC Latency checker (no change when spiking)

None of these solutions work. Please help.

 

Cpu usage spikes

Hello ! My PC specs are the following:

- AMD Ryzen 1600x CPU

- Nvidia Gtx 1060 6gb GPU

- 8 GB DDR4 RAM ( 2400 MHz)

- Asus B350 Prime Plus Motherboard

Sometimes I get those weird spikes ( they come and go ) lasting for 1-2 seconds of 100% CPU utilization. In idle state the CPU utilization stays between 5-10% ( up to 20% if im browsing the internet and having programs like Steam, Discord etc running in
background), but when the spike comes I can see how the pc freezes for 1 second ( typical lag freeze) and how the cpu utilization rizes to 100% CPU then jumps back down to under 20%. I have waited with taskmanager such a spike and discovered that when it happens,
System NT Kernel & System is the one process that its sudently eating up all the CPU resources.

I tried updating all the drivers and im still having the problem. Here is a Windows Performance Record

link where I left the pc running for 45 minutes and I saw atleast 1 spike happening in those 45 minutes ( I kept going away from the computer and coming back).

 

CPU/GPU spikes while gaming

I'm having issues playing games now due to this CPU/GPU max usage spiking while playing and it causes a lag spike.. it happens like every few seconds and it's driving me up the wall.. really not for sure where else to go with this issue.. it happens in nearly every game i play as well.

GPU: GTX 970 4gb
CPU: i7 4770k 3.50GHz
Storage: Samsung EVO 850 250gb for OS and 500gb for games
RAM:16gb
PSU:1000w

solutions I've tried..
unparking cpu, updating to latest gpu drivers, latest realtek sound and network drivers for my motherboard, latest chipset, cleaning out my pc, checking my temps.. it never goes above 70c while gaming.. both my gpu and cpu. even a clean install of Windows 10 Pro x64 bit, I've even done a clean boot and the issue is still occuring.. really at a stand still. I'm going to upload the screenshots of the in-game graph that is showing the spikes.
