Windows 10: Weird D3DCompiler_43.dll issue.

    Weird D3DCompiler_43.dll issue.


    It seems I cannot run any games/software that requires D3DCompiler__43.dll. Problem is, I've searched everywhere for a solution and I've done everything and still, multiple different errors connected to D3DCompiler__43.dll occur.


    I installed the latest version of DirectX. I installed DirectX June 2010. I used the DirectX diagnostic tool (which showed 0 issues) and I even used the system file checker. But for some reason, games such as GTA 5 cannot see the D3DCompiler__43.dll file even if it is in the computer.


    I tried manually registering it as a DLL but apparently it isn't "compatible with my version of Windows" which I find hard to believe as my windows version is Windows 10 Pro 64bit.


    I am hopeless and I don't know what to do.
