Windows 10: Weird dots appear on window and window previews after I leave it for a while

This issue seem to occur a couple months after I reinstalled Windows which makes groups of dots appear on the Window preview when you hover over them. It doesn't bother my workflow or anything but it gives me the quirks and makes me cringe when I look at it. I couldn't find a solution so if you could help I would appreciate it.

Edit: I'm not sure but this seems to occur to anything that uses Chrome like Discordapp and these webpages

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Weird same batch of steps I have. Mine however was fixing the issue for windows 8 users *Laugh :laugh:

I would request you to send a screen shot of the "Dot" that appears on your mail app.

As of now, I would suggest that you perform the steps mentioned below and check if the issue persist.



Step 1: Run App Troubleshooter.

• On the search bar type “Troubleshooter”
• Click on troubleshooter, on the left view pane, locate “View All”.
• Then locate and click on “Windows Store Apps”.
