Windows 10: Weird file explorer bug/glitch HP laptop, Windows 11

Hello!I'm been having this problem for a while - I have an HP ProBook with Windows 11 installed. It seems like sometimes when I use a lot of the backspace button when navigating and sorting my files, the file explorer "gets stuck" see the video below in a cycle of back-tracking. Restarting the computer fixes it, but I'm just wondering what might be causing this and how I can fix this problem.
