Windows 10: Weird flickering at the bottom of screen after clean Win10 installation

I am having an issue with flickering lines at the bottom of the screen. I just did a fresh clean install of Win10 on my C drive, and upon finishing i was greeted by that issue:Here's how it looks: https://drive.google.com/file/d/10k6ZvvL6Zro0Q-s8RKTM26pnAWI30rMI/view?usp=sharingFunny thing is that if i try to record it using Screen recording software I'm using RecForth from Store, it immediately ceases when i start recording and looks normal. I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
