Windows 10: Weird font and icon. DPI problem with new programs

Hi :I upgraded to a 27" monitor and now many programs have ugly fonts. Also if I increase the font size, the rows that should contain the fonts are narrow and cut off the font. I read that the problem is for DPI scaling but I use new programs like Chrome. what can I do? I read that it is a bug of Win 11 not being able to have a uniform enlargement but I can't find the solution to solve the problem :

Tray icon is blurred when I switch user with different DPI

Hi everyone,

I develop application in windows 10 build 10586(newest version), and I find a problem.

Suppose I have two user accounts:

• session 1 (account user1), DPI: 125%
• session 2 (account user2), DPI: 100%

When I do theses steps, tray icon would be blurred...

• Launch program in user1 session, tray icon looks like clear on the bottom right corner。
• Switch to another user (user2)。
• Stitch back to the user1。
• tray icon is blurred。
• operate the application, tray icon is normal as long as it's updated。

Does anyone encounter this issue? It would be no problem if both DPI are 100%, maybe OS use wrong icon to scale into 125%。

Unable to Change Font/Icon size from Setting app in Windows 10

Windows 10 takes care of this issue by supporting per-display DPI scaling to address. By default, Windows 8.1 will choose the optimum DPI scaling value for each display based on the value
chosen for overall scaling in the control panel.

You can change Modern UI text size by following the steps provided below.

• Press Windows key
• Click on Settings.
• Click on System.
• Click on Display.
• Now change the font size according to your choice.

When I attempt to follow these directions, the slider bar to make the font larger is at the far left. I can drag it to the right but as soon as I drop it, it bounces back to the left and therefore does NOT change the font size.

Any suggestions?

Blurry fonts and icons are sometimes due to enabling DPI scaling. To get more closely at the root cause, we need additional information. Kindly answer the following:

• Is the issue still present if you are on safe mode?
• Are those blurs and pixels is only showing on a particular location on your monitor? Is it also showing on fonts/icons regardless of the app or the program in use?
• Can you send us a screenshot?
