Windows 10: Weird glitched colors random shades of blue and green on monitor, not visible in screenshot

I've had this problem before in which certain shades of green and blue glitch out to this weird pixelated shade of blue/green. Last time, I fixed it by updating my graphics drivers. However, this time, I have had no such luck. The problem isn't visible in screenshots for whatever reason, and is only visible if I take a picture of my screen with another device. I can't see green on my monitor

My monitor doesn't show green. Like I looked up the "color green" on google and the color is not green it's like a light blue. If I take a screenshot of it and send it to someone else it shows green on their computer, but on my screen I see it as a blue.
It is really annoying because everything looks weird please help.

From your description, there is no consistency with the color problems you are encountering . . .

I looked up "color green" and it is blue - that means yellow is missing

I looked up "color purple" and it is red - that means blue is missing

I looked up "color blue" and it is purple - that means too much red

I would suggest, the problem is not your PC that it is a problem with the new monitor, it is either not calibrated correctly or a hardware issue . . .

Is there a menu on that monitor, where you can re-calibrate the color from?

If you connect another monitor to your PC are the colors okay, if so, then it is a problem with the new monitor and you should get a replacement . . .
