Windows 10: Weird glitches

I just had a weird glitch where the keyboard stopped responding after I either put my Win10 computer to sleep or just let the screen blank with it locked I don't recall which I did before making lunch. Restarting the computer fixed the problem, but it was weird in that unplugging the keyboard and plugging it back in made the USB sounds for "device disconnected" and "device connected" but the keyboard continued to fail.What was further weird was that I clicked on the on-screen keyboard icon on the lock screen to type my password to log in and quit Firefox and Thunderbird I had open as restar

Weird scrolling glitch

Tried both things. The troubleshooter said there were no problems. Uninstalling the keyboard device also did not work. The weird thing is even after I uninstalled the keyboard device, the glitch keeps happening even though my keyboard doesn't work and
I can't type. And the problem is definitely not the mouse.

The problem has been resolved. Everyone who tried to help me were overthinking the problem, including me.

All I literally had to do was pull the power plug on my computer's PSU, then plug it back in and the glitch was fixed.

This seems like a very weird bug with Windows 10, definitely a software problem that should be reported.
