Windows 10: Weird graphical bug occasionally popping up on monitor as well booting-up issues

Lately I have been noticing that for a split second, a corner or portion of the screen will black out with a couple other isolated black squares scattered around it and will immediately go back to normal. I only notice it while web browsing but I haven't noticed while gaming. could it be VRAM or my graphics card? Also I have been having issues where when i go to wake up my computer the RGB and fans etc will turn on inside the tower but keyboard and mouse and display will not wake up. I usually end up having to completely restart the computer via the power button, along with this, when it does

Dual Monitor Pop-up issues

For us to better assist you, please answer the following questions:

• Which graphics card are you using?
• What is the make and model of your device?
• Have you tried adjusting the screen resolution to see if the issue will persist?
• Can you drag the pop-up dialog box to the second monitor?

If you are still facing the issue, I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if you are able to boot into Safe Mode environment using function keys.

Method 1: Safe Mode with networking.

To use a Safe Boot option, follow these steps:

• 
  Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when the Boot Menu appears.
  
• 
  Select an option to “Safe mode with networking” using the arrow keys on the keyboard when the Windows Advanced Options menu
  appears, and then press ENTER.
  

If you are able to boot your computer into Safe Mode environment, I suggest you to update your graphic card drives and check if the issue is resolved.

Reply us if you are able to boot into Safe Mode and update the drivers.

Critical bug in MS Windows 10

I found a critical bug in Windows 10.

Prerequisites: 2 monitors.

Steps to reproduce:

• Make a Teams call and ask person on the other end of line to share the screen
  
• Enlarge window so it is on both monitors
  

Expected result:

• Window is shown in both monitors
  

Actual result:

• Both monitors are black, and then label “No video input” appears on them
