Windows 10: Weird Issue: Audio Returns After Reimage

Hello everyone,I have an issue with one person that their audio stops working on the computers that I give them after a few months. I've given them two computers HP EliteBook 850 G8 but the issue returns. I've followed the usual fixes of Uninstalling the audio driver, restarted and letting windows install it.Updating the drivers from HPRunning Windows UpdatesRolling back the audio driverConfirming correct output optionDisabling enhanced audioRun sfc\scannowRestarted the audio servicesThe user can still get sound through headphones but the only fix for the speakers appears to be reimaging the
