Windows 10: Weird "lag spikes" in game

Hello, i have a problem, and sometimes in programs. The problem is when i am playing a game and about 5-10min i am getting wierd lag spikes that last 2-9sec and that continues for every game. With heavy games every 2sec and with low end games that can run on low end specs every 10sec, here are my specifications.Laptop: Acer Aspire A715-41G Cpu: Ryzen 5 3550HGpu: Nvidia GeForce Gtx 1650Ram: 8GBSsd: 256GBHdd: 1TBThanks.

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

lag spikes

i am getting weird lag spikes but when it happens i do a speed test and my results are good but i dont know what is causing this also when it happens there is weird noises too.

 

Lag spike causes lag in a game

So the story is very simple, from time to time I have a huge "lag" in the game and it lasts for like 1 second. This is very annoying. I've done some investigating and it turns out that during the lag, there's a huge spike on a disk usage caused by the same game. Is there any way to avoid the lag? Or is it just a game issue?
