Windows 10: Weird little icons in the corner of my apps

So I use my gaming computer for, well, gaming. I don’t know if it’s a program I installed or something, some weird icons just show up in the bottom left corner of my apps.Here, the apps show either one of these:

ever since i downloaded windows 11, i noticed these little icons in the corners of my apps and folders, its a green checkmark, red x mark, and brown box thing, now i assume thats normal since it came with windows 11, but i recently noticed that they changed to icons of other apps, for example. some are plague inc, others obs studio or spore, if it helps my onedrive is full, did a scan of my pc and found nothing btw
