Windows 10: Weird Pop Up show when Group Policy Editor is Open

Whenever I try to open Group Policy Editor, I encountered with a Pop-Up stating that "Policy presentation element 'ForceInstantDimDropDown' in referenced presentation 'ForceInstantDim' does not exits", how to fix this?

Group Policy Editor in Windows is a tool to help you manage policy settings. Here's how you can access the Local Group Policy Editor:

• Press Win+R to open Run.
• Type gpedit.msc, and then click OK.

GROUP POLICIES IN WINDOWS 10

You can change Group Policies by opening Group Policy Editor first. You can open it by following these steps:

• Log in an administrator account. If you are already logged in as an administrator, proceed to step 2.
  
• Press Windows + R to open Run.
• Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.
  

After opening Group Policy Editor, you can now make the necessary changes that you want.

This notice appears each time the Group Policy editor is opened, and takes two clicks on OK to close.
Simple steps to banish it?

Checked out this article, but was unable to rename the two files mentioned. I did delete them, however, and this removed the error message. What damage that did is ... to be discovered. ^_^ Files are in RECYCLE bin.
