Windows 10: Weird recurring disconnect issue - Windows 10

I've been meaning to put the feelers out about this particular issue of mine for quite some time. I don't really have enough info to give to really result in an actual diagnosis probably, so I guess I'm seeking ideas for troubleshooting? My desktop computer dual boots Windows 7 and 10. No issues on 7, but on 10, randomly, I'll lose my connection. Whether I'm connected to wifi, ethernet or USB. It'll randomly die without warning. No other devices disconnecting. And 7 partition doesn't have this issue. No error messages. Windows 10 Home, up to date. Drivers up to date. Running a

• Does the issue also occur with documents saved in your computer?

Meanwhile, I suggest you to try in “in-Private” mode and check if it helps. Here is the steps:

• 
  Open Internet Explorer.
  
• 
  Press Ctrl+Shift+P.
  

If the issue still persists, then try login in “Compatibility Mode” and check. See the steps:

• 
  Open Internet Explorer.
  
• 
  Click on Tools icon and select
  Compatibility view settings.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP
