Windows 10: Weird second User on startup screen that doesnt exist.

Everytime I start my PC, I always get denied and have to switch to an account with the same name, where I have to enter my PIN to continue.This happend after I changed the name of my Desktop So I could tell which one was mine.I hate having to enter Passwords or PINs.I looked into my Settings, went to other users, and this other user didn't appear. It's like a ghost account.If someone could help me, I would strongly appreciate it.

a user exist in the lock screen menu but doesnt exists in the users list in account settings

My Windows 11 laptop had an issue that in the lock screen menu there is an user named "WIN10" which is the same name as my user folder in C:/users, And when i search for it in users list in settings, It doesnt appear, How do i fix this? Its pretty annoying

Before proceeding, we would like to know if that another account is Microsoft account?

I suggest you to follow the step provided below to switch user.

• 
  Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete key.
  
• 
  Click on Switch User.
  
• 
  And select your user account.
  

Follow the steps provided below to remove Microsoft account.

• 
  Press Windows + I key.
  
• 
  Click on Accounts.
  
• 
  In your accounts, at the bottom click on the account you want to remove.
  
• 
  Then click on Remove button.
