Windows 10: Weird sms text from Microsoft? Scam?

I got a text saying about unauthorized access to my account. Got no emails and the text has an email that is unknown to me and they sent it twice so I pay no attention I clicked no links... But how someone can use such brand name in this manner...

In the screenshot, I am unable to see any weird outlining. But if you are seeing any issue with the display then I suggest you to try installing all the pending Windows Updates and check for the issue. If the issue still persists then try changing
the resolution and check.
