Windows 10: Weird sound when emptying recycle bin

Hey guys..i have a quick question about something happened to me twice at random times.. you know the sound when you empty the recycle bin..right?.. when i try and empty it i heard a quick sound like a scratch sound or something like that before the actual normal sound of emptying it ..its happeed two times i dont know how to exactly describe it.. but at first i thought it was normal but when i Heard it a second time .i thought i should ask if someone else ever experienced it.. i know its a weird and probably stupid question but anyways i figured i ask..i run an antig virus and my laptop is cl

"Empty recycle bin" missing from Sound menu

I want to enable the "empty recycle bin" sound for when I empty the trash bin but when I go to Sound in settings, and then Sounds, "Empty recycle bin" is not listed in the Program Events.

How do I add it?

Windows 10 Home, version 10.0.14393 build 14393

Add Empty The Recyle Bin to right click on your desktop (Works with XP & Vista)


Just Copy the the text below to notepad and save the file .reg (tip.reg) click on the file and there ya go!

I don't get it. Isnt it as easy as just right clicking the recycle bin and pressing empty bin...?
