Windows 10: Weird sudden crash i had

First: My Windows 10 is in spanish, so some of the things ill mention here are translated and it may not say exactly what i wrote here)

So i was talking with my friends on discord not really doing anything, no apps open, nothing, just my desktop and discord. My computer crashes out of nowhere and gives me s blue screen, then restarts and a "repauring disk C:" comes up, ive seen that screen already but i didnt know what caused it to appear, it fails and the computer restarts again, this time, that screen that has options to fix stuff appeared (dont know the name to it) and i click on restart, so it restarts and everything goes fine. But i had one problem, all the folders and some shortcuts dissapeared, and a bunch of notifications saying that one file type (e.x .avi) had a problem and it went back to opening with its default program (i had VLC video player and it said it went back to using the default Win10 video player) and this happened with all of these kinds of programs (idk what to call them, but they all went back to their defaults) I noticed my CPU was at 99% and my hard drives were still as full as they were before this crash, all games and programs i had were still there, but not the executables.

Does anyone know what happened or caused it tl happen? i dont think any file was lost but if any of you has a solution of any kind let me know.

I have had edge for a while and all of a sudden is starts crashing.

I have had Microsoft edge for a while and all of a sudden it started crashing,

 

all games crash!

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
