Windows 10: Weird system lags

Hey, I have an Issue with my windows10.
Every, let's say, half an hour, my computer shuts down any running programs and changes to a black screen. Then, after about a minute, the main bar is thrown back and in the next minute after, everything runs as it should, it's not ideal at all and I have no idea what to do with it. I don't really want to reinstall whole computer, but I might have to.

Any ideas?

Random lag spikes

Hi,

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

Having a weird lag issue in games

Tried it at minimum settings too, that made my system freak out and draw lines in places there weren't meant to be lines. I'm guessing it is, weird things is the laptop had no lag issues like this, thing is that I was getting the lag on bioshock and also l4d single player.

 

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
