    Weird thing that stops me to shutdown, restart, sleep, lock the device and CTRL + ALT + DEL...


    So I have this Asus TUF F15 2021 And this problems might be weird and I have never experience this problem. So I was gonna lock my device but the CTRL + L doesn't work, so I tried CTRL + ALT + DEL to lock my device but that doesn't work either. And so a few hours later after I'm done gaming I wanted to shutdown my laptop but the power button on start only shows "There are no power options available". So I tried ALT + F4 on desktop doesn't work either. So can you help me? fyi my laptop is win 11

    Ctrl Alt Del, Vista

    The whole Ctrl+Shift+Esc should be used to get that crazy screen with those options and Ctrl+Alt+Del should bring up TM.

    using Win10 education version
    when a user is logged on to a network, can apps that are in use still communicate out to the network when the user locks the screen with ctrl-alt-del to step away from their computer for a few minutes?

    On a domain you won't get Task Manager when you hit Ctrl+Alt+Del. You get a crazy screen with a bunch of options.

    Ctrl+Shift+Esc has always brought up just the Task Manager, even back to Windows XP days. You just weren't aware of it. *Wink Weird thing that stops me to shutdown, restart, sleep, lock the device and CTRL + ALT + DEL... ;)

    Go ahead, try it in Windows XP too.
