Windows 10: weird things with graphics adapters

so today i started playing fiveM and noticed that on some occasions it shows that i have 4034 mb of VRAM and sometimes it shows me that i have 2091 vram sometimes more sometimes less and also on the game rainbow six seige it shows that im using my good graphics card but only has 2010 mb vram this has been weirding me out and has been giving a bad time in games since my graphics were bad and the performance was bad too please helpthank you and the pictures provided shows you the 2 graphics cards

Local Area Connection adapter and graphics card problems

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused.

"Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" is the default graphics from Microsoft, it states that the graphics driver is having issues or outdated.

• C:\Windows\system32\NvMcTray.dll
• C:\Windows\system32\NvCpl.dll

Both of the above files are related to NVidia.

We suggest you to visit NVidia website to download the latest graphics drivers for the computer:

http://www.nvidia.com/content/global/global.php

You might have to visit the computer manufacturer website and check for any latest drivers for Windows 10 and install it on the pc.

Check for Network adapter driver and Graphics drivers and install it.

Custom Driver : Intel HD Graphics & ATI Combo (Alpha) - by nIGHTmAYOR

according to laptop support page they do list an old downloadable driver for intel for windows 7 , weather this is related to there being several variants of that laptop or this laptop has switchable graphics i may just suggest you reset the bios and see if things change , if yes you may be able to apply step 2 , if not then apply step 4 and call it today , you are still better off being on the high performance gpu .

Out of curiosity can you take a snap shot from Settings > System > Display. Scroll down and click the “Graphics Settings” ?
