Windows 10: Weird "VideoAdsBlocker" program with no publisher that i cannot delete.

So 2 days ago, I did a scan with Windows Defender and I got an alert of a trojan. I did this after getting a bunch of redirects on Google mostly find-it.pro redirects.I cleaned my PC yesterday, scanned with Malwarebytes and Windows Defender and it showed no threats, but after scanning with Adwcleaner i found 2 PUPs that I cannot delete and after that I checked my programs and found "VideoAdsBlocker" program. It has no publisher and it says it was installed on 9.9.2022 but I did not install anything then.My issue is that when i delete the program, I get this pop up:I have tried getting rid of

Blocked Publisher doesn't show up in Untrusted Publishers - how can I unblock the publisher?

The software publisher won't appear in the Untrusted Publisher tab. Since, the steps you've provided didn't work, you unblock the publisher using Command Prompt. Please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows X, then select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Press Shift + right-click on the program you want to unblock.
• Click Copy as path, then paste in Command Prompt.
• Hit Enter.

How do I unblock a publisher in windows 10?

I have gone through the steps as suggested above BUT interestingly don't see an publisher listed under the "Untrusted Publishers" but still get the same error box as shared above.

A little background might help.

Before you run a program, it's very important to be sure that the program is actually what it claims to be. For example: Just because a file
calls itself Winword.exe, how do you know it really is Microsoft Word?

Software developers vouch for their identity by obtaining a digital certificate, which is a proof of identity not unlike a passport or a driver's license. Digital certificates are issued by trustworthy organizations called certificate authorities.

Most people wouldn't begin to know (and why should they) how to check whether a program they want to run has a valid digital certificate, so the operating system does that for you by consulting the list of known and accepted certificate authorities included
in the operating system.

So here's what happened: Windows won't open your program because the certificate authority (the 'publisher') is not, or is no longer, on the list of known and accepted certificate authorities. The publisher might have been known and accepted in an earlier
list of certificate authorities, but the lists are updated frequently. The April 2018 update, or another update, revised the list of known publishers, and the publisher for your program ain't no longer on it.

None of this was invented by Microsoft, who is simply complying with internationally accepted standards for safe computing.

You're seeing the message because Windows can no longer guarantee that the program is safe to use.
