Windows 10: Weird visual bug with file explorer

So I got this bug randomly in the file explorer where some specific elements remain in the light mode and makes the text unreadable

Windows 10 Creators Update - visual C++ runtime error every time i click File Explorer

Hi Steve,

We would like to ask to the following questions to know more about the issue:

• Have you done the suggested troubleshooting steps that was provided by Ramon Imp posted last May 10, 2017 aside from the clean boot?
• Was the updated successfully installed?
• What were the error messages shown in the error screen? Kindly send us a screenshot.

Visual bug on the new "Dark" File Explorer

Hey there! Yesterday I got the Windows 10 October 2018 update, and opening the File Explorer I saw what
you can see in the picture below

I just wanted to know if I'm the only one with this visual "bug" and if there's a way to fix it. (It only looks like this when I click on any of my drives)
