Windows 10: Weird white line issue only after the home screen is displayed

Since I bought my laptop I have been experiencing this issue. The problem is a white line appears sometimes and randomly when I turn on my computer or the screen turns off and then it turns back on. See here. I have been trying to solve it during months and I have used Nircmd in order to test changes. Recently I noticed, thanks to Nircmd, that the white line doesn't appear if I am on Event Viewer app on full size, but once I return to home screen and keep testing, it suddenly appears. The conclusion is that when I go to the home screen, something is changed or triggered in a running process

win 10 update leaves vertical pink line on screen

today i applied latest win 10 update and now i have a vertical pink line on screen, it remains on every screen. i have tried these fixes

Step 1: I suggest you to run SFC scan,
System File Checkeris a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
• After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.

Step 2: Also, I suggest you to update the display drivers and check.

Steps to Update the Display Adapter driver.

• Press Windows key + Xkey when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right on the Display Adapter and click on
  Update driver software

BUT i still have the line on screen.

 

Weird issues and slowdowns

Having some weird issues lately, at startup my computer listed in specs hangs for a minute or 2 displaying a 98 in the bottom right of the screen.

Also the computer seems to randomly get sluggish for a minute or 2 at times..


Not a clue what it could be, maybe the RAM is shitting the bed?

I suggest you to update your Display drivers and check if the issue is resolved. You can refer the below steps to update the driver software.

Steps:-

• Press “Windows + X” and select Device manager.
• Select Display Adapter and expand the driver icon.
• Right click on the driver icon and click on Update.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to update the driver.
• Restart the computer and check if the issue is resolved.
