Windows 10: Weird white lines had developed for some of the apps that I use vscode, microsoft teams

Thanks for your reply. I wanted to ask you if this is a hardware problem then why is it only happening with these two apps (vscode and teams) and also these lines are not time specific, starts appearing as soon as i use any of the two apps.

Weird white lines in all Microsoft apps

Hi,

I have an ASUS tuf fx505 dt gaming laptop. I am facing a weird issue. Whenever I launch VS code or MS teams on my laptop, they open with weird white lines all over the place, whenever I hover over those lines they disappear. This has been going on with MS
teams for quite a while now, but today, it also started happening with VS code. I have reinstalled both MS teams and VS code but these lines still appear when these apps are running.

As far as I came to know this issue is occurring only with these two apps as of now(both apps belong to Microsoft). I have also uninstalled some windows updates that I installed today morning just to make sure that it was not because of those updates, I have
attached the screenshots down for reference.

Please help me fix this issue asap because I am a computer science student and VS code, MS Teams are essential for me.

My specs are:
Asus tuf fx505 dt
8 GB ram
Ryzen 5 3550h CPU
Windows 10 home (2004)

I am looking for a lower to mid range PC which will be used in Development such as Android App development, java, DB and other related task, NO GAMING at all suggest some proper PC.

My Budget is INR 25,000, I have tried multiple build maker website but using core i3 6th ot 7th gen prices are going above 30,000. I dont have much knowledge about AMD, please suggest a build in the price I have given.
