Windows 10: Weird Windows Update issue with Win11 Beta's

After my upgrade to Win11 beta test I had weird update need to be installed for a program I have not had on this computer in some time. Visual Studio 2005 for vista which was installed through MS SQl 2005 studio. The update that is trying to install is Visual Studio 2005 Service Pack 1 Update for Windows VistaI have tried to run this download manually and it says that the program is not installed on the computer which is true. I have done all the usual Windows update cache clearing options and removed the windows.old folder created with the Beta upgrades I have no way to install this program a

Definitely not an issue with the Windows Servers as I just re-installed yesterday and got all my updates.

It works, but I still need to fix it so that way I dont have to plug computers directly to the modem to get windows update to work. It was also blocking me from installing directx.
