  1. Welcome and shutdown page language help

Hi i recently built a pc and installed windows 10 onto it, i downloaded English (australia) and Chinese and japanese keyboard onto it, however for some reason my welcome and shutdown page got set to japanese and i cant seem to change it back to English. I’ve tried lanaguge setting, administrative setting and I’ve removed the japanese lanague keyboard and I’ve tried downloading and setting everything in US English but i still cant seem to change it. Can someone help me with this problem

Also be sure to check out the list of related tutorials at the bottom of the page. If the first suggestion doesn't help then one of those might.
