    Greets all,I am running Windows 10 Version 21H2.I believe the following is a bug.My Display Language found in Settings/Time & Language/Language is set to English Australia however if I go to Control Panel/Region/Administrative and select the Copy Settings button in the panel Welcome Screen and New User Accounts panel it shows English United Kingdom as my Display language.This is obviously not correct.I have checked my other computers and it the same is reflected so it is not isolated to one computer.Regards,Flavio

  2. Welcome Screen and New User Accounts Settings incorrectly shows English (United Kingdom) as the Display language which is set to English (Australia)

    Hello LuizScruz,

    In Settings > Time & Language > Language English (Australia) is the only language displayed in preferred languages.

    > Try to install the English (UK) language pack again;
    >
    > Go to Settings > Time and Language > Language;
    > Click Add a language;
    > Select English (UK) and click Next;
    > Check the option Set as my display language;
    > Click Install;
    >
    > Now select English (Australia) language and click Remove;
    >
    > Restart the PC;
    >
    > Go back to Settings > Time and Language > Language;
    > Click Add a language;
    > Select English (Australia) and click Next;
    > Check the option Set as my display language;
    > Click Install;
    >
    > Select English (UK) language and click Remove;
    >
    > Check that the language is now correct;

    Did all this verbatim and the Copy Settings button in the panel Welcome Screen and New User Accounts panel in Control Panel/Region/Administrative still shows English (United Kingdom) as my Display language.

    > If that doesn't work, I recommend that you reinstall Windows in the desired language;

    Did a reinstall of Windows 10 with all my language related settings were correctly set to English (Australia) and the Copy Settings button in the panel Welcome Screen and New User Accounts panel in Control Panel/Region/Administrative still shows English (United Kingdom) as my Display language.

  3. Welcome Screen and New User Accounts Settings incorrectly shows English (United Kingdom) as the Display language which is set to English (Australia)

    Greets all,

    I am running Windows 10 Version 21H2.

    I believe the following is a bug.

    My Display Language found in Settings/Time & Language/Language is set to English (Australia) however if I go to Control Panel/Region/Administrative and select the Copy Settings button in the panel Welcome Screen and New User Accounts panel it shows English (United Kingdom) as my Display language.

    This is obviously not correct.

    I have checked my other computers and it the same is reflected so it is not isolated to one computer.

    Regards,

    Flavio

    Welcome Screen and New User Accounts Settings incorrectly shows English (United Kingdom) as the Display language which is set to English (Australia)

    Hello LuizScruz,

    Thanks for your input.

    I have 2 display languages selectable which is English (Australia) and English (United States) however I only have one language pack installed which is English (Australia).

    There is no English (United Kingdom) available in Display Language and the English (United Kingdom) language pack is not installed.

    My system locale in Administrative Language Settings, or the same place which is Control Panel/Region/Formats, is set to English (Australia).

    Regards,

    Flavio
